Samsung Malaysia has opened its own official online store. One that doesn’t rely on other e-commerce platform, meaning that everything is serviced by the company. At the moment, customers can only buy a handful of devices; but we fully expect that it will be expanded to cover more Samsung products.

The Samsung Malaysia Online store is currently only selling mobile devices, i.e. smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. Prices are similar to those the company is offering through its official store on Lazada; with no discounts available at the moment. This isn’t surprising, as most company run online stores are bound to sell their products at the RRP.

However, the Samsung is running a special launch promotion. The first 100 customers to buy a smartphone or tablet are entitled to receive a special 5400mAh Samsung battery pack (which includes fast charging), an eco bag, and a thank you note from the company. The promotion runs from today until the end of the month.

Samsung Malaysia also lists its other products, like TVs and smart washing machines, on the online store. These are only connected to a store locator, and are not being sold online. Although, perhaps one can only dream of being able to buy appliances without having to leave the house.
