We have the first renders of the upcoming Pixel 3 family thanks to the people at Mysmartprice and @Onleaks. Both the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL were rendered based on CAD files seen online, and only one will have the notch.
From the images seen, the overall design of the new Pixels will stay true to the line. With the exception of the notch on the Pixel 3 XL. The smaller Pixel 3 will have a 5.4-inch display with an 18:9 screen while the larger Pixel 3 XL will have a 6.2-inch display.
Here comes your very first look at the Google #PIXEL3 + a fresh new look at the #PIXEL3XL! (360° videos + gorgeous 5K renders + dimensions (as usual, based upon factory CADs)), on behalf of @mysmartprice -> https://t.co/tnW2qMmgRG pic.twitter.com/q6fasFiVP6

Google does not appear to be following the dual camera trend. Both phones will still rock single cameras at the back, powered by Google’s excellent image processing. On the front is where things get interesting. The Pixel 3 XL will share the same sensors and front camera as the Pixel 3, just nestled in the notch. The notch also will extend to the top corners, while still leaving a chin at the bottom. This is to accommodate the stereo speaker that Google is retaining from the Pixel 2 XL.
Underneath the metal and glass body, we can expect the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, with no word on RAM nor internal storage. We may see a bump in RAM, but expect similar storage options once the phone is launched. The Pixel 2 family was unveiled in October last year, so look out for the Pixel 3 family announcement around the same time this year.
