While Gobind didn’t specify the issues that he will discuss with Astro representative at the upcoming meeting, we believe some of them have been hinted on his Twitter account. This is based on the tweets from users that he has reposted over there.
Among them is the complaint on the excessive amount of repeated contents that have been showed by Astro. There is also the issue regarding too much advertisement on Astro despite it being a subscription-based service while another retweet also pointed to unsatisfactory experience with Astro’s customer service.
It is indeed interesting to see how the meeting will unfold next week. All in all though, we do hope that it will bring positive impact on the quality of service from Astro as well as the company itself.
