OPPO is set to launch its flagship model in Paris this June 19. Called the Find X, the smartphone will apparently be revealed in a global launch event at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
Other than the name, little is officially known about the new OPPO flagship. It fits with the theme OPPO is playing around the letter X, with the company sharing that it means the unknown, adventurous and extreme.
However, leaks on what the phone will have are starting to pop-up online. According to reports, the phone will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage and a large 4000mAh battery along with the VOOC fast charging system.
There is also a leaked photo of the back, which shows a special edition colour scheme, complete with an interesting design underneath the assumed glass back. Also missing from the photo is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, which suggests that OPPO has it on the front or underneath the screen.
The OPPO Find X has been in development for quite some time as the last Find model was released way back in 2014. We have to see what the new OPPO Find X offers to the consumer as the global launch date approaches.
