Scheduled for launch later this week alongside ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1, the Malaysian price for ASUS ZenFone 5 has now been leaked out. In what seems to be a blunder, the price was revealed through ASUS Official Store on Lazada Malaysia.
According to the leaked listing which was then subsequently removed from the store not long after, the price of the phone has apparently been set at RM 1299. The variant shown on the list comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.
As for the rest of the specs, the ZenFone 5 is equipped with 6.2-inch Full HD+ 19:9 IPS display and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. It is also equipped with two rear cameras which features 12MP Sony IMX363 sensor and f/1.8 lens on the main camera while an 8MP Omnivision 8856 sensor and f/2.2 wide angle 120-degrees lens on the secondary camera.
The same 8MP sensor is also equipped into ZenFone 5’s front camera together with f/2.0 84-degree lens. Rounding up its general hardware specifications is a 3300mAh battery.
