Hisense today has officially launched several new high-end TVs in Malaysia earlier today which is being led by the 100-inch 4K Smart Laser TV. As you might be able to guess from its name, the Smart Laser TV is unlike any ordinary TV that you might have encountered in the market.
This due to the fact the Laser TV is actually consisted of a 4K HDR short-throw projector with built-in terrestrial TV tuner, and 50W JBL (Harman Kardon in certain market) sound system. Powered by Texas Instrument DLP chip, the Hisense Laser TV set also comes standard with a 100-inch anti-reflective screen, and 60W sub-woofer.
With brightness level of 3000 lumens and light source lifetime rating of 20000 hours, Hisense Laser TV also comes with built-in sensor that automatically reduces its light if someone comes too close to the projector. Since it is also a smart TV, it also supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity as well as wired LAN.
Meanwhile, Hisense Malaysia today has also launched two FIFA World Cup 2018 edition ULED smart TVs in the form of U9A and U7A. In case you not aware, Hisense is one of the official sponsors for FIFA World Cup 2018 which explains the relation between both TVs and the massively popular football tournament that going to take place in Russia next month.
Being the larger and higher-end out of the two TV models, the DLED-based Hisense U9A comes with 75-inch quantum dot panel that has native 4K resolution and supports for HDR as well as HLG. Powered by a quad-core processor from MediaTek, there are also more than 1000 local dimming zones throughout the TV and peak brightness level of 2500 nits.
U9A also comes with Sports Mode which provides the best picture and audio settings for sports viewing as well as reduces motion blur on the screen. Not enough with that, the TV comes with plenty of audio enhancements such as Dolby Digital, dbx-tv, and Hi-Sound Pro.
On another hand, the Hisense U7A carries many of the features from U9A even though it is a ELED-based model and has a different physical design as well as a smaller 65-inch screen. Such features include 4K native resolution, Sports Mode, support for HDR10 and HLG as well as Dolby Digital Plu, dbx-tv, and Hi-Sound Pro audio enhancements.
Price-wise, the Hisense Laser TV can be obtained for RM 39,999 while the Hisense U9A and U7A are listed at RM 19,999 and RM 6,999 respectively. All three models are readily available from Hisense dealers throughout Malaysia.
