With the official launch of the HTC U12+ just a week away, serial leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks) recently tweeted the official images of the phones. Not only that, @evleaks also followed it up with the phone’s official specs sheet.
As per earlier reports, the phone will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC running at 2.6GHz, 6GB RAM, up to 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 2TB via microSD), and a dual 12MP UltraPixel 4 and 16MP telephoto camera as its main array.
The front-facing camera array has also been given the dual camera treatment with two 8MP 1.2μm f/2.0 sensors. Additionally, the phone will also come with HTC’s 2nd generation Edge Sense squeeze technology, and run on Android 8.0 Oreo.

Display-wise, the U12+ will sport a 6″ QHD+ 18:9 Super LCD 6 display, but more importantly, the official images indicate that the phone will not have a notch in the display. The only thing not mentioned on the list is the phone’s official price. The announcement is scheduled to take place at 4PM (according to the embargo on the specs sheet) next week, so we’ll find out how much the phone costs then.
