We may be seeing Google launching its own Wear OS device soon, thanks to a tweet from @evleaks. The tipster said the watch will be launched alongside the upcoming Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
This will be the first time Google will release a smartwatch if the news is credible. It’s entirely unclear what path Google is taking with the supposed Pixel watch, seeing that the manufacture of the other Pixel devices have been contracted out to its partners. The question is, who would have the capacity to build a smartwatch for Google?
Besides the Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, and second-gen Pixel Buds, a reliable source tells me — with high confidence — that Google's fall hardware event will also introduce a Pixel-branded watch. Have a great summer!

Speculation about new devices from Google may still be a bit too far out. The company isn’t expected to hold its hardware event until the fall, which is still a few months out from here.
