ASUS has launched the refreshed ROG G703 gaming laptop in Malaysia, complete with the new Intel Core i9-8950HK extreme CPU option. Launched alongside the new mid-range Zephyrus-M, the updated G703 will be the most premium gaming notebook from the ROG line in Malaysia when it hits stores next month.
Besides the CPU upgrade, the G703 still retains much of the same specs as its 7th-gen CPU predecessor. This includes the same 32GB of DDR4 RAM, a pair of 256GB NVMe SSDs running in RAID 0 mode with a 2TB HDD, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 discrete GPU. The notebook also retains the same 17.3″ Full HD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, and is also equipped with NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology.
As for its availability, the ASUS ROG G703 will be made available for purchase from 18 May 2018 onwards. Like its predecessor, it doesn’t come cheap and will retail at an SRP of RM19,999.
