Zotac has announced its latest addition to the company’s lineup of mini PCs. To be more specific, the company has launched three brand new ZBOX Q-series mini PCs; these are the QK7P5000, QK7P3000, and QK5P1000 – all of which are powered by Nvidia’s Pascal-based Quadro GPUs.
When it comes to design, both the QK7P3000 and QK7P5000 come with the same design aesthetics. Nothing much can be said about their designs, other than the fact that they both resemble a black box. The same can also be said of the QK5P1000 mini PC, albeit slightly taller. The reasoning behind the increase in height, according to Zotac, is to allow the QK5P1000 to have increased “versatility and mobility with VESA mounting compatibility.”
Those aside, specifications-wise, the Zotac QK5P1000, as its name indicates, is fitted with an Nvidia Quadro P1000 GPU. In addition it is also equipped with either an Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processor. Likewise, both the QK7P3000 and QK7P5000 are each fitted with Quadro P3000 and Quadro P5000 GPUs.
Unfortunately, local pricing and date of availability of the QK7P5000, QK7P3000, and QK5P1000 mini PCs were not announced by Zotac Malaysia at the time of writing. We’ll be sure to keep you posted should there be any official announcements regarding the aforementioned details.
