Right after it was unveiled at a special education-focused event in Chicago, Apple has released the price list for the new 9.7-inch iPad. As it turns out, the new model not only features a more powerful processor and support for Apple Pencil, but also costs lower than its predecessor.
Here are the prices for the new 9.7-inch iPad in Malaysia:
32GB: RM 1449 (Wi-Fi) / RM 1999 (Wi-Fi + Cellular)
128GB: RM 1849 / RM 2399
As a comparison, here are the pricing for its predecessor that was released back in March 2017:
32GB: RM 1549 (Wi-Fi) / RM 2199 (Wi-Fi + Cellular)
128GB: RM 1999 / RM 2649
However, the company has yet to reveal the actual launch date for the new model in Malaysia. Stay tuned as we’ll keep you updated once we receive additional details regarding the matter from Apple.
