EA and Hazelight Studios have recently announced the PC systems requirements for the upcoming co-op only game, A Way Out. Surprisingly, the PC specifications needed to run this game is rather ‘low’ when compared to other PC games that has been released this year. This game is now available for purchase through EA Origin.
The minimum PC system requirements to run EA’s A Way Out at 720p and 30fps is either an Intel Core i3-2100T or an AMD FX 6100 processor. In addition, the game also requires either a Nvidia GTX 650 Ti or Radeon HD 7750 graphics card. It should be noted that A Way Out will consume about 25GB of storage space. RAM requirements is set at 8GB, which is the current standard for today’s game.
Moving up a notch, to run A Way Out at 1080p and 60fps, one would need to own either an Intel Core i5-3579K or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X CPU. Besides that, one’s system must also be equipped with either a Nvidia GTX 960 or AMD R9 290 graphics card. Interestingly, RAM requirements to run this game at high settings has now doubled to 16GB.
For those who may be interested in purchasing this game on PC, do keep in mind that the game is only currently compatible with either an Xbox or PlayStation controller. EA made no mention of keyboard/mouse compatibility at the time of writing – which is rather odd for a PC game.
