PowerColor has unveiled its latest product in the form of a Radeon graphics card. Dubbed the Red Dragon RX Vega 56, PowerColor’s newest graphics card is said to offer “a more valuable solution in an environment of rising prices without compromising performance, reliability, or cooling performance.”
Design-wise, the PowerColor Red Dragon RX Vega 56 comes with an all black cooler shroud that is endowed with a few red accents. In addition, this graphics card is also fitted with three open-air cooling fans, which apparently features a unique cooling solution design to effectively reduce noise and temperature.
When it comes to specifications, PowerColor has mentioned that the Red Dragon RX Vega 56 is capable of clock speeds of up to 1478MHz. Memory clock speed, on the other hand, is kept at a cool 800MHz (1.6Gbps). That aside, this graphics card draws power via a single 8-pin and 6-pin power connector, and it has a TDP rating of 450W. Video output options include two HDMI and DisplayPort ports each.
Unfortunately, pricing for the Red Dragon RX Vega 56 was not mentioned by PowerColor. Despite this, the company did mention that it will be making its newest graphics card available worldwide starting 28 March 2018. More detailed information regarding the Red Dragon RX Vega 56 can be found on PowerColor’s official website.
