First made its debut at IFA 2017, the new Acer Aspire S24 all-in-one PC has finally landed in Malaysia. Featuring an ultra-slim design, it might look like a stand-alone monitor at a glance but rest assured, the Aspire S24 is indeed a full-fledged PC.
Built with 23.8-inch full HD IPS display that also has a 5.97mm thin profile, all of Aspire S24’s computing parts are located on its base. Among them are the Intel Core i5-8250U processors, 8GB DDR4-2400 RAM, 128GB M.2 solid state drive, and 2.5-inch 1TB 5400rpm hard drive.
Another attraction that comes with Aspire S24 is the built-in Qi wireless charger that is located on the top of its base. In terms of I/O ports, it features three USB 3.1 Gen1 ports alongside a USB 2.0, Ethernet, HDMI-in, and HDMI-out ports.
The Aspire S24 also comes with 1MP webcam as well as a built-in 2.1 speaker setup (yes, inclusive of a subwoofer) that are enhanced by Dolby Audio and Acer’s own TrueHarmony Plus technology. Priced at RM 4399, the new AIO from Acer is now readily available through its dealers nationwide.
