Two months ago, HMD Global has announced the second-generation Nokia 6 in China. Soon, the phone will begin to be released throughout the world as part of the company’s new Android One line-up.
Just like the variant that was released in China, the new Nokia 6 for 2018 also carries 5.5-inch full HD display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor alongside the choice of either 3GB RAM/32GB storage or 4GB RAM/64GB storage. The same also applies for the phone’s 6000 series aluminum chassis and 3000mAh battery together.
While the global version of 2018 Nokia 6 still features 16MP sensor on its rear camera, there is one new addition that make it different from the original Chinese variant: a f/2.0 lens from Zeiss. On the front of the phone, HMD Global still retain the 8MP camera from the model that the company released in China together with the support for spatial audio and Dual-Sight technology which is also known as the Bothie feature.
Scheduled for release from this April onwards, the 2018 Nokia 8 has a starting price tag of EU 279 (about RM 1344).
