Dell Malaysia has added a number of laptops into its online store recently and one of it is the refreshed version of Inspiron 15 5000 Series. Carrying the model number 5570 as its identifier, the new addition is generally meant as the successor to the previous Inspiron 15 5567 models.
Made to cater the mainstream market, the Inspiron 15 5570 is generally slightly thinner than its predecessor. But of course, what more important is the new hardware that Dell has equipped into the new model.
Customers have the option to equip their Inspiron 15 5570 with either Intel Core i5-8250U or Core i7-8550U. In a rather interesting yet wild decision, the laptop can also be obtained with Intel Core i3-6006U which certainly baffles us a little bit.
In terms of graphics, customers can choose between the integrated graphics inside the Intel CPU itself or the AMD Radeon 530 graphics with GDDR5 VRAM. This is with the exception of the Core i7 model which has the dedicated GPU as standard.
The Core i7 variant also receives 128GB solid state drive as additional storage drive to the 1TB 5400rpm hard drive that comes as standard on all Inspiron 15 5570 laptops. Depending on respective variants, the laptop can also be obtained with up to 8GB of RAM.
Price-wise, the Inspiron 15 5570 starts at RM 2,299 although for those who want to obtain the laptop with 8th Gen Intel Core processors instead, the price starts at a much higher price point of RM 2,899. For further information, head on to Dell Malaysia’s official website.
