Huawei is introducing yet another Android tablet in Malaysia. Launched back in April this year, the Huawei MediaPad T3 7 is a rather interesting entry-level tablet – its affordable price tag is one of its main appeals.
Given its affordability, the MediaPad T3 7 won’t impress you in terms of hardware. It features a 7-inch 1024 x 600 IPS display, a 1.3GHz Spreadtrum SC7731G quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, as well as a 4,100mAh battery.
Despite being an entry-level tablet, the MediaPad T3 7 actually comes with an aluminium body, which should give the tablet a reassuring build quality. It ships with 2MP rear and front cameras as well; both are fixed-focus shooters.
In the software department, the MediaPad T3 7 runs on EMUI 7.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. Interestingly, this tablet also comes with an app called Kids Garden: parents can adjust the usage duration of the tablet via this app.
The Huawei MediaPad T3 7 is now available in Malaysia for RM499. Available in only Space Grey, the T3 7 can be purchased at Huawei Experience Stores as well as display zones nationwide.
