Barely a day after ASUS reveals its plan to launch the ZenFone Max Plus (M1) in Malaysia, the company has since revealed the actual launch day for the new phone. As you might heard, the ZenFone Max Plus (M1) is the first ever phone with 18:9 display from ASUS.
According to the media invite (shown below) that has just arrived in our inbox, the launch of ZenFone Max Plus (M1) in Malaysia will take place on 13 December. As usual, we expect details such as local specs, pricing, and release day will be revealed at the event.
As indicated by yesterday’s report, ASUS has been hinting that the ZenFone Max Plus (M1) will be priced at under RM 1,000. In China where the phone is known as Pegasus 4S, it is priced at CNY 1,799 (about RM 1,103).
In addition to its 5.7-inch 18:9 HD+ display, the ZenFone Max Plus (M1) is also equipped with MediaTek MT6750T, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB internal storage. The phone also carries a rear camera with 16MP and 8MP sensors together with an 8MP front camera.
The other main attraction to this phone is its rather huge 4,130mAh battery capacity. So, stay tuned for more information regarding the roll out of ZenFone Max Plus (M1) from its launch event next week.
