Advertisement might be a nuisance to many users out there but sometimes, it also helped us to discover new stuff. One of the recent example is 2gethernet which we stumbled upon through Facebook ads and it is a rather fascinating discovery since the outift has claimed that it is an upcoming telco in Malaysia.
Even more interesting is that 2gethernet will apparently offer unlimited data plan to consumers. According to the About section of its Facebook page which seems to have been activated just few days ago, the company also claimed that it has wide network coverage.
However, there are no other details contained with its Facebook page. By that, we really mean nothing: no official website address, or even company name. Even though its Facebook ads showed a Sign Up button, it only served as a means to register user’s interest through the social media itself rather than a dedicated website.
We even checked the Applications Service Providers list on Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission’s website to see if there is any name among Public Cellular Services license holders that could potentially shed more light on 2gethernet but to no avail.
Without other point of reference, it is hard to tell whether 2gethernet is genuine or otherwise. Well then, let’s hope that it not going to take too long for the outfit to reveal more details regarding its plan…that’s if 2gethernet is real in the first place.
