Honor V10 is expected to be launched this 5th December, and thanks to a listing on TENAA, we have all the official specifications of the flagship-level phone from Honor.
The new smartphone has some beefy components under the body that will appeal to many looking for an affordable flagship. It is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 970 (the same processor in the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro), paired to 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of storage, microSD support up to 256GB and a 5.99″ Full View display with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels.
At the back, the V10 will feature a 16 + 20 megapixel rear camera unit, and a 13 megapixel selfie camera completes the imaging package. The battery is respectable, with a rating of 3240mAh, and at 7.6mm, it is quite thin for a large device.
Out of the box, it will come with Android 7.0, although we suspect the update to Android 8.0 and EMUI 8.0 will come soon after. Audio fans should rejoice as Honor kept the 3.5mm jack on its upcoming flagship device.
When launched, the Honor v10 is expected to be priced in the neighbourhood of CNY 2,999 (RM 1,875). That is exceptional value for a flagship – we can’t wait to see it here in Malaysia.
