Launched alongside the sleek Star Wars-themed Yoga 920 are the Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520. Retailing from RM2,799, these convertible laptops are definitely more budget-friendly alternatives.
Let’s start with the more affordable option, the Yoga 520. It can be configured with 7th generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, an Nvidia GeForce 940MX GPU, up to 16GB of RAM, a 1TB HDD – some models also come with SSD storage – and a 14-inch HD or FHD touch display. The Yoga 520 also comes with a fingerprint fingerprint reader and a 52.5Wh battery, which is said to offer up to 10 hours of battery life.
As for retail price, the Yoga 520 retails from RM2,799.
And then we have the higher-end – and more costly – Yoga 720. Currently, only one variant of the laptop is offered, and it comes with a 13.3-inch Full HD touch display, a Core i7-7200U processor paired with 8GB of RAM, as well as a generous 512GB SSD. This variant of the Yoga 720 goes for RM5,599.
Both the Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 are now available for purchase in Malaysia from Lenovo retail stores. Alternatively, they are also available on Lenovo’s Lazada store.
