Motorola has announced a new moto mod designed in conjunction with Polaroid. The Polaroid Insta-Share Printer is a miniature photo printer that locks to the back of the moto z; immediately turning it into a traditional Polaroid camera.
These 2 x 3″ photo prints are done in the newer Polaroid style, and include adhesive on the back in the event that people want to stick them up somewhere. Photos can come from not only the camera app, but can also be printed from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Photos.
If there was one oddity, it would be due to the print out going over the camera lens. A curious design choice, as it would have been more in the traditional vein if the photo output was directed towards the bottom of the smartphone. With a lot less fiddling with things over the camera.

Still, the Polaroid Insta-Share Printer mod is set to appear in the United States this week, with global markets supposedly seeing it in the coming months. That said, there is no word about how much it will cost; nor was there any mention of Polaroid refills.
