Telekom Malaysia today has officially revealed further details regarding the company’s new UniFi Edu and UniFi eBiz plans. Both of these plans were originally announced by Prime Minister Najib Razak during his visit to Menara TM recently.
According to the company, customers that are eligible for these new packages will be able to save up to RM 1,200 and RM 2,800 respectively over a period of 24-months. Based on that, we believe that both packs work in similar manner as per Bonanza Campaign’s packages that were leaked recently whereby customers are able to enjoy reduced monthly rate for 24-months before it is reverted to the original monthly fee.
Here are the contents for each packages:
In order to be eligible for UniFi Edu Pack, customers must be between 18 and 25 years old as well as hold a valid student ID card. They also must reside and studying in Malaysia which is a rather obvious requirement.
As for UniFi eBiz Pack, it is only available for companies that registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under the “online business” category. Since this offer has yet to appear on UniFi’s official website, you might have to contact TM directly or visit the nearest TMpoint in order to learn more.
