Halloween is finally around the corner, and Instagram wants you to share some dramatic, and spooky posts with your friends. The social network recently added a new Superzoom feature, as well as some Halloween-themed face filters and stickers.
If you are someone who likes to share some funny and dramatic posts, Superzoom is your new best friend. When you open the in-app camera, you will see a new Superzoom option next to Boomerang located underneath the record button. Tap on it then start recording, Instagram will automatically zoom in with a suspenseful music. You can Superzoom into anything like your selfie so you can show off your nostrils, or zoom into your half-eaten Ramly burger.
From now until 1 November 2017, you will also see a new set of Halloween face filters and stickers on Instagram. Transform yourself into a zombie, vampire, flying bat, or get lost in a mysterious fog with the new face filters. After that, add some Halloween stickers to your photos and videos for even more Halloween-themed look; too bad you can’t use Superzoom along with the new Halloween face filters, that would make a pretty cool post, especially with the dramatic sound effect.
The update is available as part of Instagram version 20.0 for iOS on Android and iOS.
