It might have taken the company quite some time to bring this monitor over here but nevertheless, here comes the Acer XR382CQK into Malaysia. The new monitor which has a 2300R curvature was launched yesterday alongside the company’s newly refreshed Spin 5 as well as the new Swift 3 variant that features NVIDIA GeForce MX150.
Equipped with a gigantic 37.5-inch screen, the XR382CQK’s IPS display panel has a native resolution of QHD+ (3840 x 1600) as well as 75Hz refresh rate and 5ms response time. It also has sRGB rating of 100% which made it suitable for applications that requires wide color gamut such as video and image editing.
Alongside the support for AMD FreeSync technology in addition to Acer’s own Bluelight Shield, the HDR-ready monitor also able to display two inputs at the same time through a mode called Picture-by-Picture. It also comes with Picture-in-Picture mode and can be utilized in multi-monitor environment through daisy chain method.
Not to forget, the monitor is also equipped with a USB 3.0 hub and two 7W DTS Sound-enhanced speakers. Price-wise, the new Acer XR382CQK can be obtained from Acer dealers nationwide for RM 4,999.
