Asus has officially unveiled its latest motherboard called the Expedition A320M Gaming (EX-A320M-Gaming). This mATX motherboard is fitted with AMD’s AM4 socket and bearing the “Expedition” branding means that it’s meant to be durable. According to Asus, this motherboard is catered towards cyber cafes since components used in that environment endure higher level of usage compared to a typical home-based system.
The Asus Expedition A320M Gaming is a small form factor motherboard, which makes it easy to be placed into most PC cases. Design-wise, the motherboard comes with a red and black colour scheme, similar to other Asus Expedition-branded components. Interestingly, LED elements are present on the Expedition A320M Gaming, but only on a small area located at the bottom right of the mainboard.
Specification-wise, the Asus Expedition A320M Gaming features four DDR4 DIMM RAM slots (dual-channel); one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot; one PCIe 2.0 x1 slot; one M.2 slot; and six SATA 6gbps ports. In addition, this motherboard is also fitted with a Realtek RTL8111H network controller and a Realtek ALC887 CODEC HD audio as well. Besides that, the Expedition A320M Gaming is equipped with six USB 3.0 ports too.
Unfortunately, aside from key specifications of the Expedition A320M Gaming, local pricing and date of availability of this motherboard was not mentioned by Asus.
