Recently, we’ve written an article regarding the existence of custom GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards from Asus. This time round, it looks like EVGA has its custom GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards leaked as well. According to images obtained by folks at VideoCardz, EVGA is expected to release at least four different versions of the GTX 1070 Ti.
Of the four EVGA GTX 1070 Ti models that have been leaked, three of them are “ICX” branded graphics cards. The fourth variant looks to be based on the reference GTX 1070 Ti board from Nvidia, albeit with a new cooler shroud and blower-style cooling fan. Unfortunately, the respective specifications of these graphics cards were not mentioned.
Interestingly, EVGA had earlier released 14 different custom variants of the “older” GTX 1070. Knowing this, it seems rather odd to see the company only having four models for the GTX 1070 Ti. Of course, the company may likely release more custom GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards in the future, but alleged “restrictions” on the Nvidia card may cause EVGA to produce fewer custom models of this graphics card compared to the GTX 1070.
The release date for all four custom GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards from EVGA was not mentioned. That said, we do expect the company to officially announce these graphics cards very soon – Nvidia is said to be announcing the GTX 1070 Ti officially during its GTC Taiwan 2017 event, which will be held on 26 October.
