One of the most anticipated games of 2017, Destiny 2, now has its PC system requirements revealed. The “revelation” was made by the game’s developer, Bungie, in its latest weekly “This Week At Bungie” blog update. In addition to the aforementioned detail, the developer has also provided information regarding the worldwide launch time of Destiny 2 on PC.
According to Bungie, to run Destiny 2 at “acceptable” framerates, one would require either an Intel Core i3-3250, Pentium G4560 or AMD FX-4350 CPU. Besides that, the game will also, at minimum, require either a Nvidia GTX 660, GTX 1050 or Radeon HD 7850 graphics card. RAM capacity is said to be at least 6GB.
To run Destiny 2 smoothly, Bungie recommends PC gamers to use either an Intel Core i5-2400, i5-7400, or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X processor. Graphics-wise, Destiny 2 will run relatively smoothly on either a Nvidia GTX 970, GTX 1060 or AMD R9 390 graphics card. The recommended RAM capacity of this game is 8GB or higher. Also worth noting is the storage requirements for this game, which, according to Bungie, is 68GB.
That aside, when it comes to the game’s official launch time, PC gamers in Malaysia will be able to play Destiny 2 on 25 October 2017 at 1am local time. Destiny 2 is available for pre-purchase on PC now for a modest price of US$60 (around RM253).
