Just like iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, consumers in Malaysia have to pay more in order to get their hands on the new device as compared to those in United States. However, the differences are much higher as shown by these tables:
Truth to be told, there are only a handful of smartphone comes with such a premium price tag. In fact, most of them were usually limited-edition or highly customized devices which are not the nature of iPhone X.
That being said, the iPhone X does represent a brand-new era for the series though. This is made possible by several features that separate the phone from its predecessors such edge-to-edge OLED display and Face ID.
Even though we now at the age where flagship smartphones cost more than before, the question remains: are there a lot of consumers in Malaysia willing to fork out between RM 5,150 to RM 5,900 for a smartphone? Guess we shall find out the answer very soon.
