Apple has finally confirmed that the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are coming to Malaysia on 20 October 2017; preorders will start from 13 October 2017. However, if you do not wish to pay the full price to get the phones, it looks like you will be able to purchase it from our local telcos too. Digi and U Mobile have both announced that they will be taking preorders for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus starting from 13 October 2017.
Sadly though, Apple has yet to announce the price, so none of the telcos have provided any details about their iPhone 8 device bundle options. 11street is already taking preorder for the latest iPhones starting from RM3,649 for the iPhone 8, and from RM4,149 for the iPhone 8 Plus. Its preorder comes with freebies such as Remax Lesu Lightning to USB cable, a KJD tempered glass, a 6000mAh Cager Power Bank S15, and a KJD Back case all worth a total of RM201.
While Maxis and Celcom have yet to announce their preorder for the iPhone 8, it shouldn’t be a surprise that they will start taking orders for the latest iPhones on the same date too.
Meanwhile, check out our hands on post for a closer look at both the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.
