We already know how much the Galaxy Note 8 retails at, and some consumers here already have the device. Nonetheless, Samsung is officially launching its latest and greatest Note device yet in Malaysia today, and it’s running a roadshow too, offering some attractive freebies with every purchase of the Note 8.
To recap, the Galaxy Note 8 isn’t just a bigger Galaxy S8+. Not only does it feature Samsung’s signature S Pen, it also comes with a 12MP dual-camera system, which can capture some really impressive shots. Then again, smartphone camera has always been one of Samsung’s strongest points.
Other specifications of the Galaxy Note 8 include a 6.3-inch 1440p Super AMOLED Infinity Display, an Exynos 8895 processor paired with 6GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and a 3,300mAh battery. It also has an 8MP front-facing shooter complete with autofocus.
From today until 24 September, every purchase of the Galaxy Note 8 at Samsung’s roadshow in Pavilion KL will receive a complimentary Gear VR (2017) worth RM499. On top of that, Samsung is also throwing in a Screen Protection plan worth RM149, which allows for a one-time screen replacement (excluding service charge).
