In line with the official launch of the Galaxy Note 8 later this week, Samsung is holding a nationwide roadshow in three locations, where customers who purchase the Note 8 there will receive exclusive freebies and – in the KL roadshow – a chance to meet Running Man star Song Ji-Hyo.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 roadshow will take place from 21-24 September 2017 in three separate locations: Pavilion (Kuala Lumpur), Gurney Plaza (Penang), and AEON Tebrau City (Johor Bahru). While the roadshows in Penang and Johor will start from 10am onwards, the one in KL will start from 11am with sales of the Note 8 to begin from 12pm.
For those who missed out on the pre-order, Samsung has another deal for those who purchases the Galaxy Note 8 during the roadshow. During this four-day period, customers who purchase the Note 8 at any of the three locations will receive a free Samsung Gear VR (2017) worth RM499, as well as free Samsung Screen Protection worth RM149, which allows for a one-time cracked screen replacement (excluding service fee).
As a bonus for early bird customers who purchases the Note 8 roadshow in Pavilion KL, the first 100 customers to buy the Note 8 will have the opportunity to meet Song Ji-Hyo in person, and collect a free Clear View Standing Cover autographed by the star herself.
Besides that, Samsung is also holding an in-store promotion for the Galaxy Note 8. All Note 8 purchases at Samsung Experience Stores using Maybank 0% EzyPay plan for 12 or 24 months will receive 3x Maybank Treats Points as well as a free Dual Port Car Charger worth RM89.
In addition, new Note 8 owners can also purchase additional protection via Samsung Smart Care for the Note 8 at lower prices. The promotions include Samsung Protection (RRP: RM149, promotion price: RM88), which consists of a one-time screen crack replacement within the standard warranty period, or the Samsung Protection Plus (RRP: 298, promotion price: RM238), which adds an additional 1-year warranty extension on top of the standard warranty and a one-time cracked screen
replacement.
