The popular young actress, singer, and sportswoman, Janna Nick has been announced the latest celebrity ambassador for vivo smartphones in Malaysia. She will grace the company’s upcoming smartphone, the V7+ and its 24MP front camera.
Janna, who is of Malay, Chinese, and Pakistani heritage, is an emerging face in the Malaysian entertainment industry, where she has featured in various popular dramas and romantic comedies. Her popularity surged when she scored an upset by winning the Anugerah Bintang Popular 2017 award for Most Popular TV Actress, beating staple names like Neelofa and Ayda Jebat.
Her first appearance as vivo ambassador will be the upcoming smartphone, the V7+. Featuring a new, FullView display panel with minimal bezels, the V7+ will also be the first smartphone to feature a massive 24MP selfie camera. Given vivo’s “Selfie Expert” tagline for its previous smartphones, it appears the Chinese smartphone company isn’t resting on its laurels.
The vivo V7+ will launch in Malaysia on 26 September 2017.
