Launched in Malaysia earlier this year in March, the Huawei P10 is now more affordable than ever. Initially going for RM2,499 at launch, Huawei’s latest flagship smartphone can now be purchased for less than RM1,800; that’s a pretty considerable discount.
Of course, this isn’t an official price cut from Huawei itself; it’s how much the P10 is going for on Lazada. All three colours of the device – Dazzling Blue, Prestige Gold, and Graphite Black – are listed at only RM1,739 on the popular e-commerce site.
At that price point, the P10 offers pretty good value for money; after all, it’s a capable flagship smartphone. It comes with a 5.1-inch 1080p IPS-NEO display, a HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, an 8MP front-facing shooter, and a reasonably sized 3,200mAh battery.
But what makes the P10 an interesting smartphone comes down to its Leica-branded dual-camera system. Unlike the iPhone 7 Plus’ implementation, the P10’s camera configuration consists of a 20MP monochrome sensor and a 12MP RGB sensor; the device combines images taken with both sensors into one picture. Based on our review of the P10, the Leica-certified camera can certainly deliver some great-looking shots.
If you’re keen to get the Huawei P10 at this discounted price, you can do so on Lazada. For RM1,739, it’s really a pretty good buy.
