Jurassic World Evolution has been announced as a new Jurassic Park manager game. Released by Universal Pictures and Frontier Development, the game trailer hints at everything we want from a dinosaur theme park. Including humongous predators escaping from poorly constructed enclosures.
There’s little in the way of game at the moment, although being developed by Frontier offers a glimmer of hope. The company was responsible for the excellent Planet Coaster; which is considered to be the superior successor to the Roller Coaster Tycoon series. It also put out space combat simulator Elite Dangerous.

Jurassic World Evolution will see players developing Isla Nublar; the site of the first Jurassic Park and the recent Jurassic World movies. It looks like there will be research trees for dinosaurs and the option to bio-engineer new breeds.
This wouldn’t be the first Jurassic Park manager game to be released. Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis was released back in 2003; and fans of the game had since given up hope of ever seeing a sequel.
Jurassic World Evolution is set to be released for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
