360-degree cameras are not exactly affordable, but the honor VR Camera sure is budget-friendly. Retailing at only RM599, honor’s 360-degree camera is one of the most affordable products of its kind in Malaysia.
Unlike the Samsung Gear 360, the honor VR Camera connects to a smartphone via USB Type-C; it’s said to work with any device that has the port. Other than that, the VR Camera also supports “3K photography” as well as live streaming capability.
Developed together with Insta360, 360-degree videos recorded with the honor VR Camera can be saved with an app developed by the company. Considering just how affordable this 360-degree camera is – in comparison to its competition, of course – it does offer some neat features; it’s pretty portable too.
The honor VR Camera is now available for purchase on DirectD’s online store; it comes with a one-year local supplier warranty. As usual, those who are keen to get the 360-degree camera can also drop by DirectD’s various retail stores.
