Google has just made it easier for iOS users to share locations and YouTube videos with your friends. The company recently updated its Gboard for iOS keyboard, bringing Maps and YouTube integration.
With the latest version of Gboard for iOS, you no longer have to go through the hassle of copying and pasting links to your conversations. Just tap on the “G” button on the keyboard, and you can get access to both Maps and YouTube, making it easier than ever to share locations and videos in any messaging app.
The next time you plan an outing, or wish to share your location, just tap the G button, then “Maps”. You can either pick your current location, or point to a local address, like the Pokémon Gym for your next legendary raid gathering. If you wish to share a YouTube video, just select YouTube within the G button, and search for the video you want right from your Gboard keyboard.
Finally, the latest Gboard update also brings a new Ink feature, allowing you to doodle and share your creations right from your keyboard. Just tap the emoji button, and select the pen icon to access the new Ink feature.
The update is available right now for free from the App Store.
