As announced by AMD two weeks ago, today is the official launch day of Ryzen 3 throughout the world. While the CPUs might have yet to appear on shelves in Malaysia yet, we can confirm to you that they are already on their way to our market which is why AMD has officially reveals the Malaysian pricing for Ryzen 3 today.
Available in two different models, here they are:
AMD Ryzen 3 1200 – 4C/4T, 3.1GHz Base/3.4GHz Boost, 65W TDP: RM 519
AMD Ryzen 3 1300X – 4C/4T, 3.5GHz Base/3.7GHz Boost, 65W TDP: RM 599
In general, they are not far off from the pricing in United States. As a reference, the Ryzen 3 1200 is priced at USD 109 (about RM 467) while the Ryzen 3 1300X is listed at USD 129 (about RM 467).
Do note that both Ryzen 3 CPUs come standard with Wraith Stealth CPU cooler which is the same cooler that was bundled with Ryzen 5 1400. Not to forget, both of them also feature unlocked multipliers which allow them to be overclocked when used with X370, B350, and X300-based AM4 motherboards.
