Looking forward to the Meizu Pro 7 that was leaked just last week? The Chinese company recently announced on its Weibo page that the device would be launched in China on 26 July 2017.
While Meizu did not provide any details about the Pro 7, according to the invitation sent by the company, it seems to confirm the secondary display located at the back of the phone. According to rumours, the secondary display is a fully functional colour LCD panel that can mirror what’s shown on the main display. It can also be used for games, as a viewfinder for selfies, and hopefully more.
Apart from that, the company is also rumoured to announce the Pro 7 Plus alongside the Pro 7 at the event. Both devices should be similar in terms of specifications, but as with other “plus” smartphones, the Pro 7 Plus should feature a larger display of 5.5” or 5.7”, compared to the 5.2” on the Pro 7 model.
The Pro 7 Plus is also reported to be powered by a Samsung Exynos 8895 chipset found on some versions of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. The Meizu Pro 7 on the other hand should be powered by a MediaTek Helip X30 chipset. Other rumoured specs include Full HD displays, 12MP dual-camera systems, 16MP selfie cameras, fingerprint sensor at the front, and USB Type-C port.

Of course, these are just rumours for now, so take it with a pinch of salt, and wait for the official launch event to see the final details.
