This particular smartphone was originally unveiled in September 2016 and it was even spotted in SIRIM towards the end of last year. However, it is only now that the official unit of the illusive smartphone – LG V20 – is finally available in Malaysia.
In case you wondering what has LG packed into V20, the smartphone is equipped with 5.7-inch QHD IPS display alongside another 2.1-inch 1040 x 160 display that is located on the top part of the phone. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, the Malaysian unit also carries 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.
The LG V20 also features a dual camera system on its rear which is equipped with 16-megapixels and 8-megapixels sensors. To further enhance these cameras, LG has also implemented optical image stabilization, PDAF, and laser autofocus into them. There is also another 5-megapixels camera on V20’s front.
Not to forget, it also carries a removable 3,200mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 3.0 charger. Of course, audiophiles might love the fact that V20 is equipped with 32-bit hi-fi quad DAC and it is also accompanied by a pair of B&O Play headphones.
Protected by 12-month of official warranty from LG Malaysia, the LG V20 is currently available in silver and titanium at DirectD outlets as well as the LG-oriented Celstar Mobile in Sunway Pyramid for RM 1,999. We expect more stores will carry V20 very soon too, so keep a look around.
