Digi has announced that the telco will be offering two of HMD Global’s Nokia-branded Android smartphones to its customers very soon. In fact, the first of them – the Nokia 3 – will be made available from tomorrow onwards.
Currently retailing at RM 599, Digi will be offering Nokia 3 at a much lower price provided that you willing to take up 12-months postpaid plan with the telco. If you decided to trade-in your old smartphone during the purchase, you can even obtain the smartphone for free.
Here is what the pricing of Digi Postpaid’s Nokia 3 bundle looks like:
Meanwhile, the telco will also be offering the higher end model – Nokia 6 – starting from end of July. The telco has yet to reveal the full pricing for its Nokia 6 bundle but it did state that the phone will cost RM 479 with Digi Postpaid 78, inclusive of trade in.
Given the indication provided by Digi Postpaid’s Nokia 3 bundle, it seems possible that customers might be able to purchase Nokia 6 at even lower price tag through higher tier postpaid plan. Since Nokia 6 will be retailing at RM 999 (the smartphone is not yet available in Malaysia even though it supposed to arrive by now), it seems like a good discount for Digi customers.
