Originally scheduled to arrive in Malaysia by May, Huawei Watch 2 is finally available in our market last week. Even so, the Android Wear 2.0 smartwatch can only be obtained as part of Maxis Zerolution’s Huawei P10 or Mate 9 bundles but fret not: it will be released as a stand-alone device very soon.
In fact, we were informed by Huawei Malaysia during a media workshop for the smartwatch earlier today that Huawei Watch 2 will carry a price tag of RM 1,999. However, the company is not able to confirm the actual release date for the smartwatch at this moment.
Despite that, Huawei Malaysia already planning to release the smartwatch through selected Huawei Experience Stores and its own Vmall online store. Accessories for Huawei Watch 2 are coming to Malaysia as well although they might be released exclusively through Vmall.
