Even though it is known for their customizable high-performance laptop, Illegear released its first ever gaming desktop, Troika two months ago. The company will soon return to its root with a brand-new gaming laptop as teased on its Facebook page recently.
From the image, it seems that the new laptop will feature a slim chassis which immediately spark the discussion if it is based on the newly announced NVIDIA Max-Q design philosophy. This also strengthen by the fact that Clevo – which manufactured many of Illegear’s barebone unit – did announced a new Max-Q notebook at the recent Computex 2017 in the form of P950HR.
However, the all-new lid and rear vents design on the new Illegear laptop looked rather different than Clevo P950HR. Nevertheless, we do know that the new laptop will be featuring 7th generation Intel Core processor, NVIDIA GeForce graphics and display panel that supports NVIDIA G-Sync tech based on the hashtags that were included in the teaser post.
As picture could be deceiving, so let’s wait till the laptop is officially launched by Illegear. That being said, the launch date and other details regarding the laptop are still under secret at the moment.
