Biostar has announced the world’s first mini-ITX motherboards made for Ryzen CPUs. These are the Racing X370GTN and Racing B350GTN. This, of course, is great news for folks who are looking to build a compact Ryzen-based system. It just seems pretty odd that it took this long for Ryzen mini-ITX motherboards to appear.
That aside, when it comes to design, both the Racing X370GTN and Racing B350GTN are actually pretty identical to one another. The only major difference between them would be their respective chipsets, which are clearly indicated on their names. It’s worth noting, however, that both new motherboards from Biostar measure in at 170mm x 170mm.
Multi-GPU support is only available with AMD’s X370 and X300 motherboards. This, as mentioned in our previous articles, is due to the chipset limitations that has been set by AMD. That said, both motherboards by Biostar will be compatible with overclocking.
Local pricing and availability for the Racing X370GTN and Racing B350GTN motherboards was not announced by Biostar. According to Biostar, however, both motherboards come with an MSRP of US$129 (about RM561) and US$109 (around RM474) respectively.
Regardless, if you’d like to know the full specifications of Biostar’s Racing X370GTN and Racing B350GTN, head on over to its official website.
