The full-length teaser video of Radeon’s upcoming RX Vega graphics cards have been spotted. This teaser video has partially been leaked before, but this time round folks at VideoCardz have managed to obtain the whole thing.
One immediately striking detail about the video is the fact that Radeon’s upcoming Vega-based graphics card(s) may come encapsulated in an ‘exclusive’ retail packaging. According to the aforementioned tech site, the reasoning behind this is to provide gamers with “a high-end retail box with good manuals and a good presence for gamers.”
Of course, knowing how at least one Vega-based graphics card will be packaged luxuriously, consumers can at least expect it to perform similarly as well. Radeon’s competitor, Nvidia, have also been packaging its high-end Founders Edition graphics cards rather flamboyantly as well, but the green company made no mention of its intension to do so – at least not publicly.
Regardless, it seems that Radeon’s upcoming Vega-based graphics cards will indeed be catered for the high-end market. That said, one question still remain: will Radeon’s upcoming graphics cards be powerful enough to conquer the high-end market? We’ll just have to wait and see.
