HTC U Ultra which is the company’s current flagship smartphone made its way to Malaysia back in February which was not long after its global unveiling at CES 2017. Barely two months in the market, HTC has now reduced the price tag for the phone in our market.
Starting from today onwards, the HTC U Ultra can be obtained in Malaysia for RM 2,599. That is a clean RM 400 reduction from the phone’s original price tag of RM 2,999.
If you are one of the HTC U Ultra’s early adopters that have purchased it at the original price tag within 1 Marc to 13 April, HTC still have something for you though. By registering in the HTC U Ultra Early Buyer Appreciation Program on HTC Malaysia’s website between today and 12 May, you will soon receive a HTC RE Camera (still remember it?) and limited edition HTC premiums.
In case you wondering, HTC U Play didn’t receive any price cut for the time being. Meanwhile, do check out our HTC U Ultra review to know whether the smartphone still suits your taste especially now that it has new price tag.
