AMD today has announced that its next group of Ryzen processors – Ryzen 5 – will be heading to stores throughout the world starting 11 April. Prior to today’s revelation, the company originally schedule the release of Ryzen 5 sometime within Q2 2017.
With a focus on 1080p performance, Ryzen 5 will be made available in four different offerings and some even bundled together with AMD’s new line-up of Wraith coolers as listed below:
Ryzen 5 1400: 4C/8T, 3.2/3.4 GHz, Wraith Stealth Cooler – USD 169 (about RM 750)
Ryzen 5 1500X: 4C/8T, 3.5/3.7 GHz , Wraith Spire Cooler- USD 189 (about RM 839)
Ryzen 5 1600: 6C/12T, 3.2/3.6 GHz, Wraith Spire Cooler – USD 219 (about RM 972)
Ryzen 5 1600X: 6C/12T, 3.6/4.0 GHz – USD 249 (about RM 1105)
