Unlike other manufacturers, Zotac has unveiled not one, but three brand new custom GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards. Interestingly, two of the graphics card unveiled by the company are under its ‘AMP’ family of cards, while the other is based off of the reference GTX 1080 Ti by Nvidia.
Zotac’s AMP family of graphics cards is now even bigger with the addition of the GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme and GTX 1080 Ti AMP Edition cards. As expected, both of these graphics cards do feature custom PCBs and cooling solution. Speaking of which, the more powerful GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme features three 90mm blade fans, while the more modest GTX 1080 Ti AMP Edition comes with only two 100mm blade fans.
As with Zotac’s other custom graphics cards, do expect both the GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme and GTX 1080 Ti AMP Edition to occupy at least three slots. This is due to their humongous cooling solutions. Unfortunately, clock speeds, price, and availability of both of these graphics cards were not mentioned by Zotac.
Those aside, Zotac also has another ‘somewhat custom’ graphics card called.. the GTX 1080 Ti (ZT-P10810B-10P). The design of this graphics card is… rather dull to say the least. It’s said that the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti will feature the same clock speeds as the reference GTX 1080 Ti. It seems that the only difference between this card and the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition would their cooler shrouds.
