We know that Samsung will reveal its latest flagship devices later this month on 29 March, and we even got a look at an alleged render of the Galaxy S8 showing an almost “all-screen” front. Now, if a recent report out of Korea is to be believed, both the Galaxy S8 and S8+ will go on pre-order on 10 April.
This news came from The Investor, which quoted “industry sources” on the probable pre-order date of the Galaxy S8 and S8+. Other than that, the very same report also mentioned that Samsung’s upcoming high-end smartphones may be available worldwide on 21 April.

Considering the fact that the Galaxy S8 devices will be introduced on 29 March, it’s impressive of Samsung if it really does manage to deliver these two devices as early as April. After all, we have seen many other manufacturers unveil their devices much earlier than their respective dates of availability.
Nonetheless, numerous leaks surrounding the Galaxy S8 and S8+ suggest that these may be Samsung’s most exciting smartphones to date. The S8 and S8+ are rumoured to be packing a 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch “Infinity” displays respectively, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 or Samsung’s own Exynos 8895 processor paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, as well as the Korean company’s impressive 12MP dual-pixel camera found on the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.
Only time will tell if the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ will indeed go on pre-order on 10 April 2017; more information should be revealed come 29 March later this month. Hopefully, Malaysians will be able to get their hands on Samsung’s latest flagship phones around the same time as global consumers.
