Back at IFA 2016, HP came to the show with two unique desktop PCs with one being a speaker-like unit called Pavilion Wave as well as the Elite Slice which features modular form factor. We have recently learned that one of them are now available in Malaysia.
In general, the Pavilion Wave is a desktop PC that has been integrated with an omni-directional speaker which was tuned by B&O Play. In Malaysia, the PC is being offered with 2.2GHz Intel Core i5-6400T as its processor while an AMD Radeon R9 M470 with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM acts as the PC graphics card.
Additionally, the PC is also equipped with 8GB DDR4-2133 RAM and 1TB 7200 rpm SATA hard drive. Priced at RM 3,399, do note that Pavilion Wave doesn’t come with its own display and need to be obtained separately.
As for Elite Slice, HP has yet to announce its availability in Malaysia. However, we noticed that the teaser and mini site for the modular PC have appeared on HP Malaysia’s website. We’ll keep you posted once we hear additional information regarding the release of Elite Slice in Malaysia from HP.
